Having A Splashing Good Time

Today we finally brought Isaac for his first swim and he had a great time! At first we wanted to bring him to the pool near our place but it was closed. :( But luckily, we found out the nearby pool was opened and made our way there instead.

And it didn't take long before Isaac got all excited and started to have a splashing good time in the pool!

In the end, Isaac was having so much fun that he refused to come out of the pool! And it took us a while to coax him out and 'wrap up' for the day.



After the morning swim, he fell asleep almost immediately once we are in the car. It was an enjoyable trip and we certainly look forward to more swimming trips!

Little Isaac seems extremely happy this week. He's always laughing and wanting to play. His laughter are so infectious that he's making everyone around him so happy too :) And these days he's getting more verbal, amusing everyone with his baabaa, ahha and paapaa.

Isaac's First CNY!

It has been a busy Chinese New Year for us this year, especially for Isaac since it is his first! With all the visiting, goodies and the ang baos for Isaac!

Isaac is featured in Today's Parents

Just found out that Isaac was featured in the latest issue of Today's Parents, Babe Watch! Mummy has sent in his picture for this contest last month and he was selected to be featured in this month's issue!

Sit Up!

Finally, Little Isaac can sit up on his own! Mummy & Daddy were so pleased :) though he's still a little wobbly but it's a good start!

New Car, New Shot, New Seat

This was a busy Saturday for us! We went to collect our new car, Mitsubishi Grandis. Little Isaac laughed so loud when Mummy said it's Isaac's new car. Little Isaac was also very keen on the in-built DVD player, he can now watched his favourite barney dvd during the car ride.

After collecting the car, we went to take our family portrait. Though feeling sleepy, Little Isaac was still game for the shoot but it did took the photographer and ah ma quite awhile to get Isaac to smile. But the results was pretty good, Isaac looks so cute! And guess what, he felt asleep immediately after the shoot while we were waiting for the photos.

And before we end the day, we head down to the Baby Hyperstore to get Isaac's car seat. Finally, Isaac gets his own seat and no longer need to sit on anyone's lap but my gut feel is that Isaac would very much preferred 'human seat' anytime to his own car seat! :P Now this CNY, we can all take the new car with Isaac in his new 'throne' for visiting!

Isaac is on NUH website!

Following the footsteps of Ervin gor gor and Aden gor gor, Little Isaac is the latest baby featured in the NUH website! He will be 'available' online for the month of Feb under the baby vaccination package. Do check it out if you have the time!

Isaac has been hit!

Though Little Isaac has been 'quarantined' at ah ma's house while both daddy & mummy are down with flu but it didn't helped! He too was hit by the flu bug!:( Yesterday, daddy and ah ma brought him to see his paeds doc while mummy was at work. But thank god, it was nothing major :) Little Isaac also gave daddy & mummy a scare last evening when his forehead suddenly broke out in rash! Thought that he was allergic to his medication but luckily the rash subsided within an hour and he wasn't running a temperature. :) Our guess is that the rash could be due to dust? Anyway let's pray that Little Isaac will recover in time to celebrate his very first Lunar New Year!
